This return and refund policy indicates the context in which you are eligible for a return and/or a refund on your order. This policy covers our online sales. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Sale of Digital Products
Given the nature of downloadable digital items, such as eBooks or any downloadable materials, they are not eligible for return or refund.
Sale of Physical Products
We understand that you might change your mind. As such, you can return any item ordered within 14 days of delivery. The 14-day window starts on the day you effectively receive the item at your delivery location.
To notify us of your return, please contact our customer support team through email and allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Once we are informed of your intent to return your order, you will have 14 days to send us back the item from the date you received your item.
We will only accept returns upon approval. Please do attach supporting evidence should your return fall under the following reasons below:
1) Defective / Malfunction
2) Wrong Item
3) Significantly different item (in size, color etc)
Discounted items are not eligible for a return.
Alt Digital Lab will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
Do I need to cover the return shipping cost?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item that was shipped to you was an incorrect item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Once we have received the returned item, Alt Digital Lab will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).
What type of refund can I expect?
If you return your order within the 14-day window aforementioned, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If you return your order after that 14-day period without prior notice, we will not be able to process your request.
When will I receive my refund?
We will proceed with the refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. We might however delay the refund If we haven't received the item within that time window, or we don't receive evidence that the item was returned.
How much will the refund be?
The refund will cover your order amount excluding the shipping cost.
