Depending on the nature of the product that you have acquired, you might be eligible to send in the request to our team. All sales of digital products are final and any refund request will not be entertained. For any return/refund request of physical products, please refer to our return/refund policy.
If you're eligible for the return/refund request, please do reach out by dropping us an email.
Any return/refund request will be processed within 7 days after approval. Once the request has been submitted, the refund process will take no more than 30 days. All refunds will be returned to the original credit card.
